Children’s Advanced Classes are open to children ranked yellow stripe and above with invitation by an instructor.

Open to all adult students (15 years and older).
Focus is on basic techniques, exercises and falling.

This kettlebell class will include instruction in proper form and safety for basic exercises along with a group workout. The fee for this class will be the discounted rate of $20. Class size will be limited to 12 spots so please contact me to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
Children’s Classes are open to children between 6 and 14 years old.
